Had a great stay with friends! The hotel is close to the beach and has an awesome coastal path for whale watching. We also enjoyed the 16-seater cinema upstairs for movie nights. The staff were helpful and attentive, adding to our experience. Don’t miss the lovely garden and pool area, perfect for relaxation!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. they even provided personalized assistance which made me feel at home. The Deluxe Room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with a full DSTV bouquet, adding to my enjoyment. While I loved the gardens and the overall atmosphere, the limited breakfast menu could use some improvement with regard to variety and freshness.

The Heritage Restaurant at Misty Waves is a culinary delight! I devoured delicious dinners, especially the gnocchi, while enjoying ocean views that made my taste buds sing. The staff, like Siya at the front desk, went above and beyond, ensuring my stay felt like home. The rooms were bright, spacious, and clean, with beautiful decor that added a lovely touch.

Now, don’t get me started on the lightning situation! Load shedding had us relying on one feeble light, making it tough to enjoy a good read or watch TV. A bit of investment in a proper backup system would go a long way. It’s a pity because we’ve loved this spot for years but need better power management next time.
